2019 Golf Outing and 44th Annual Chef of the Year Awards Gala
Please join us for the 2019 MCCA Golf Outing and 44th Annual Chef of the Year Awards Gala. This year’s events will be held Monday, September 30, 2019 at Plum Hollow Country Club, Southfield, MI, hosted by John Clements, CEC, CCA, executive chef at Plum Hollow Country Club.

Registration and Tickets
Register and purchase tickets for each event using the link at left. Alternatively, you can download the Registration Form and complete your transaction manually.
The Golf Outing and Awards Gala Dinner are separate ticketed events. Tickets are required for entry, so remember to bring your printed ticket to each event you registered for. You may also display your ticket on your mobile device.
Golf Outing (SOLD OUT)
The Golf Outing will begin with a continental breakfast, an 18-hole, 4-person scramble with cart, lunch, and beverages on the course. We’ll finish the outing with an awards reception including hors d’oeuvres, raffle prizes, auction, 50/50 and golf awards for first and second place foursomes, long drives, closest-to-the-pin, hole-in-one contests and the Knowledge Bowl.
Dress Code: Plum Hollow Country Club requires country club attire (collared shirt, spikeless golf shoes and no jeans). Plum Hollow Country Club has graciously allowed the MCCA use of its shower and locker room facilities after golf.
Golf Outing Schedule:
8:00 a.m. – Continental breakfast and registration. Driving range open
10:00 a.m. – Shotgun start – RAIN OR SHINE
2:30 p.m. – Awards ceremony, raffle, 50/50 and hors d’oeuvres
3:30 p.m. – Locker room facilities and cash bar available
Awards Gala Dinner (SOLD OUT)
Following the Golf Outing, the Awards Gala Dinner will be presented by 2018 Chef of the Year Kurt Kwiatkowski, CEC, CCA, AAC, corporate executive chef, Culinary Services, Residential Hospitality Services, Michigan State University; and 2018 Pastry Chef of the Year, Ryse Swanson, pastry chef, Walnut Creek Country Club.
Dress Code: Black tie and formal wear are optional but requested; business dress with coat and tie are required.
Awards Gala Schedule:
6:00 p.m. – Cocktail Reception and Silent Auction
7:00 p.m. – Awards Gala Dinner

Do I have to bring my printed tickets to the event? Yes. Tickets are required for entry, either printed or displayed on your mobile device.
What’s the refund policy? Refunds available up to 7 days before event. No refunds or exchanges after 7 days prior to the event date, September 23, 2019. All sales are final. Please contact Brian F. Lorge at firstname.lastname@example.org. or 734.320.8738.
The events will proceed rain or shine. Should the golf outing be effected by extreme or hazardous weather, the event will be postponed and rescheduled. Original tickets will be honored.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Tickets may be transferred or resold at no more than face value. If tickets are transferred, we require the names of the new ticket owners so we may keep an accurate list of dinner attendees and golfers. It is the responsibility of the original ticket owner to notify us of the ticket transfer or resale. Please contact Brian F.
